The hop-on hop-off bus is a convenient method of transport for tourists who want to see and experience the main attractions in Tshwane.
Visitors start their tour on Church Square, and from there hop off at the various attractions on the route. The bus will operate from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 14:00. Professional tour guides will be on board to tell tourists about every attraction. The bus leaves every one and a half hours from Church Square to drop off or pick up visitors on its route.
Tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver or from the bus information office on Church Square (south-eastern corner of the square) at R60 for adults over the age of 18, R50 for people over the age of 60 who can produce proof of this and R30 for children, whith children below the age of two travelling free of charge). Cash only.

Tshwane's Hop-on Hop-off tourist bus route now extended to the city's townships
You can now also visit the City of Tshwane's townships via the tourist hop-on hop-off tourist bus.
On Route 1 the bus departs from Church Square to Solomon Mahlangu Square in Mamelodi, en route to the PAC Memorial, Solomon Mahlangu House(drive by), the Mothong Medicinal Museum, Dr Ribiero's and Dr Nico Smith's house, Noxolo's B&B and the Pioneer Museum.
On Route 2 the bus departs from Church Square to Atteridgeville, visiting the SS Mendi Memorial in the Ga-mothaga resort and the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium.
On Route 3 the bus departs from Church Square to Hammanskraal, visits the
arts and crafts stalls in the area, the Mandela statue, the African Curve Lodge and Restaurant, the Tswaing Crater and back via Soshanguve.
