The awards focus on the development, maintenance and promotion of quality
facilities and service standards across the tourism spectrum. It aims to
enhance equitable and sustainable tourism growth and development in
Tshwane. Comments by guests and feedback by consumers are an
invaluable part of the process, allowing for consumer choice and confidence.
The programme, presented by the city's tourism division in collaboration with
Moshito wa Tshwane and the Tshwane Tourism Association, and supported
by the Gauteng Tourism Authority and the Tourism Enterprise Partnership,
strives to enhance the standards of the some 400 accommodation
establishments in Tshwane.
